TRANSPARENCY & POLICIES
Privacy Policy
How this website currently handles form entries and links, and the owner details still to be completed.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. About this policy
This template concerns the P Protect Patch independent review website. The owner must complete their legal identity, contact details, applicable jurisdiction, and any required disclosures before publication.
2. Information submitted through forms
The contact form is a client-side demonstration. Its fields include name, email, subject, and message, but there is no message-delivery service or form database configured. Clicking the validation button does not send or store a message. Please do not enter health information or other sensitive data.
3. Cookies, analytics, and technical services
No dedicated analytics, advertising pixels, or optional cookie tools have been added to this site. Hosting and asset-delivery providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and device data, according to their own policies. The owner must confirm those providers’ practices, logging, retention, and any consent requirements.
The site requests web fonts from Google Fonts and product media from an asset-delivery service. Requests to these services may expose technical connection information. Their use should be assessed by the owner before publication.
4. Affiliate links and third-party websites
Affiliate links lead to a third-party product destination. Clicking one takes you away from this website. That destination and its partners may use cookies or tracking to attribute referrals. Their privacy and purchasing policies govern information you provide there, including payment information.
5. Retention and deletion
No contact-message retention is currently implemented because messages are not delivered or saved. Before introducing a working form, the owner must document its provider, legal basis where applicable, retention period, access controls, and deletion procedure. Hosting logs and third-party retention remain subject to provider policies that the owner must review.
6. Privacy rights
Depending on location and applicable law, visitors may have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability, and the right to complain to a relevant authority. The owner must identify applicable rights and a working channel for requests; no such contact channel has been provided yet.
7. Updates and contact
Changes to forms, analytics, or service providers require an update to this policy. Privacy contact: [Owner’s privacy contact — not supplied]. See the contact page for current contact availability.
